We are looking for a proactive Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy AI/ML models. This role focuses on the technical implementation of AI solutions, working closely with data scientists and solution architects. You will be responsible for building, training, and deploying machine learning models, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Build and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines.
• Optimize model performance in real-world and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Translate data science prototypes into production-ready solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models with existing systems and products.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges related to architecture, integration, and performance.
• Contribute to the development of intelligent agents and autonomous AI workflows.
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and keep up-to-date with emerging AI trends and tools.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance throughout the ML lifecycle.

Requisitos

• + 7 years of experience in software engineering or related roles (minimum 2 years specifically in AI/ML).
• Hands-on experience deploying ML solutions at scale, preferably in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience developing AI agents is essential.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Understanding of data pipelines, governance, and the ML lifecycle.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
